Post-processing procedure: SLA for printing 3 parts, making 3 silicone moulds and casting it in an ABS-like PUR casting resin. The light guide cast in a UV resistant PUR casting resin from Synthene ( PRC-1810)

Used technique: Alu- Softtool
Circulation: 150 sets ( up = transparant; under = white and intermediate ring = white)
Project duration: 3-4 weeks image image
Project description: Supplying small series of injection-molded parts made of ABS and PMMA for the production of designer lamps. Each lamp contains 50 sets. The top and bottom are covered by a threaded connection assembled with the intermediate ring clamped in between.
Post-processing procedure: Engravings polished and sprue removed.
